Cross Street Commerce Center, Cross Street , was purchased by David and Stephanie Whitson in May 2003. Since that time, the building has undergone renovations, restorations, and up-grades to preserve and improve the building. Renovations include new plumbing and fixtures, new electrical wiring and new heating systems throughout building and low voltage systems for fire-security-communications have been also added.
